Chickens 😭 Humbling, right?
My outdoor coop consists of 4 places for them to roost and chill, so there's a great deal of open space in the middle. (Kinda blew my budget there; that's why I'm looking for leftovers🤷🏻♀️)
IT'S BECOME A BOG!!! there's actual ditches where the water's just come through like "aww, how cute you think I won't ruin everything."

But coming into winter, it's going to be a skating rink. Y'all, I'm 5 feet tall and 5 feet wide - NOT Olympic skater dimensions.
To save myself from the humiliation of my birds eating my corpse, I'm looking for ANYTHING I can lay down safely to absorb water. I know it'll be an ongoing thing, but ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN HAVING MY EYES PLUCKED OUT BY BANTAMS THE SIZE OF A BASEBALL.

🤣 Anyhow, if you've any untreated wood chips, saw dust, Jesus pellets, or whatever, then I'd be most thankful and will promptly come get them.
If you've experience with this kinda thing, then I'd be most grateful for your wisdom.
The only catch is that it can't be rocks or sand (and my entire property is on an incline, so there's nowhere to move the "aviary" that'll prevent this mucky, yucky mess.)
